About Me
Like many others (okay, nearly everyone), I am a creative.
I aim to encourage, excite, and amplify others’ voices through fresh, welcoming design. But.. what does that mean? & how did I get to where I am now?
Born & raised 40 minutes north of New Orleans, it was inevitable that I pursue music. I earned a Bachelor’s in Music Business & Violin Performance, & launched into a self-made career as a freelance musician.
My passion has always been understanding and connecting with people so I can show them a good time. But after nearly a decade of late night shows, it was time to find a different medium.
While promoting my bands and musical services, I unearthed a love for design. I was creating graphics, building websites, and crafting visuals that made the music come alive. So when I discovered UX design, the transition felt completely natural.
I realized I'd been practicing design thinking for years: orchestrating experiences with the just the right mix of logistics, aesthetics, and a heavy-handed sprinkle of dazzle.
Since then I've worked on a wide range of UX projects, building digital solutions for clients in industries such as education, healthcare, and even energy. Across every project, I bring the same musician's mindset: attentive listening, creative-problem-solving, and a focus on how the audience, or user, experiences the moment.
My friends used to say “little face, big voice” in reference to my singing voice. What a great slogan, right? I love when I get the opportunity to apply my design skills to “little faces,” i.e. small businesses, nonprofits, creatives, and help them curate their “big voice.”
Are you looking for an eager beaver with a fresh perspective to join your team or take on your project? Let me contribute my enthusiasm for research, excellence in synthesizing results, and engaging execution of ideas to your team! Plus, I’ll throw in my alliteration skills for $0.99.
I look forward to working together with you as we solve the world’s problems, big and small. Let’s talk!

Running, hiking, walking, dancing, backpacking. I hate sitting still, & I love being outside.
